Following Premier Doug Ford’s announcement on new restrictions on Monday, South Huron Minor Hockey has had to pause the season until at least January 27th.
President of South Huron Minor Hockey Darren Knits says that if shutdowns last until late February it will be difficult to continue the season.
But he says there are ways for players to keep in shape during the break.
Knits adds that South Huron Municipal and Arena staff have been so accommodating in getting the kids back onto the ice.
