The Forest Library is undergoing the final phase of renovations and will be closed in early February.
Starting on February 5th the library will be closed for three and a half weeks, with the closure including in-person browsing, computer use, curbside pickup and return bins.
The first phase of the renovation saw a new meeting room, levelling the floor in the child’s area, new carpet, and increased accessibility.
The last phase will see new shelving, a new service desk, and increased flooring and paint.
All the work being done is to help improve accessibility, create traffic flow, and improve customer service.
The anticipated reopening date is Tuesday March 1st.
