Lucan Biddulph is continuing to grow and expand when it comes to population and developments, so the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority and the Township are using their already close relationship to ensure that everything gets done correctly.
There have been many projects done together over the past 30 years, which colder the two-zone flood mapping done in the 1990s, and tree-planting projects. Students at Wilberforce Public School have also shown they are Watershed Champions with a project at their school as well.
Lucan Biddulph also has many residents who play big roles in the Conservation efforts, some of whom have won Conservationists of the Year awards.
These are just a few of many examples of how Lucan Biddulph has put conservation into action. And as the ABCA celebrates its 75th anniversary, they are highlighting all the efforts taken by those in the area. The ABCA are looking forward to continuing their close relationship with the Township.
