Two local businesses have become living wage employers.
The United Way of Perth Huron announced that the Seaforth Cooperative Children’s Centre has committed to becoming a living wage employer.
This weekend on their social media the Hub which has locations in Mitchell, Seaforth and Stratford also announced that they were becoming living wage employers starting on March 13th.
The current living wage in Huron Perth is $17.95 and this is calculated using local data, and accounts for only the basic household needs.
