Organizers are hoping for a large crowd to come out and support a petition urging the Federal government to commit to climate action.
Everything takes place at the Goderich Courthouse this Saturday at 2 PM, with the hopes of attracting climate activists of all ages.
So far close to 300 local signatures have signed the petition, and Huron County Council has also endorsed the legislation from the Huron County Just Transition committee.
Local activities from Blue Bayfield, the C4th Climate Action and Green Goderich have joined together with others in Canada with a goal of calling on the Feds to come up with a plan that leaves no one behind when we move away from fossil fuels.
