Four people are facing charges locally following a drug investigation.
Police pulled over a vehicle on Perth Line 34 on March 14th, and three people were found in possession of various drugs worth roughly $26 thousand.
An investigation led to a search warrant being done at a St. David Street property in West Perth.
One person was arrested and police seized meth, other drugs and weapons.
Charged are:
Raven Bergen, 28, of West Perth, has been charged with:
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid (other than heroin)
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Heroin
– Possession of a prohibited device or ammunition for Dangerous Purpose
– Possession of a Schedule III Substance
– Fail to Comply with Probation Order (three counts)
Kenneth Macdonald, 51, of St. Marys, has been charged with:
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid (other than heroin)
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Heroin
Chad Bolt, 49, of West Perth, has been charged with:
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid (other than heroin)
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Heroin
Gavin Toma, 23, of West Perth, has been charged with:
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine
– Possession of a prohibited device or ammunition for Dangerous Purpose (two counts)
– Possession of a Schedule III Substance
