The Thames Valley board of trustees unanimously passed a motion to keep Middlesex County’s special low population designation.
The board will keep its current trustee distribution of six County Trustees, six City of London Trustees, one First Nation Trustee and three Student Trustees.
Per the Education Act, all school boards in Ontario must determine the number of trustee positions required for their board and distribute these positions across the board’s area, prior to each general municipal election.
