The weather is starting to heat back up this week, and for many is could mean it’s time to open up the pool.
Acting Sgt. Ed Sancuk is reminding everyone to have a safe and responsible time in the water – especially if there are young children involved.
Sanchuk said aside from having a tall fence and a self closing gate, there are other things pool owners with young children should keep in mind.
Sanchuk says many of these messages go out to beachgoers as well, making sure kids are safe at all times when in the water.
