CO-Chair of the Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians, Dr. Allan Drummond is blunt when it comes to his assessment of how the Ford Government has been dealing with staffing shortages across the health care system.
Drummond tells us that what has happened lately with the closure of Emergency Departments in parts of the province, is a terminal reflection of decades of neglect of the nursing sector, particularly in emergency care.
