Police have charged 61 year old Norman Smith from Mount Forest with Criminal Harassment, in connection to this case.

Police are investigating an attempted abduction that took place Sunday in Listowel.
Around 3:40 PM, a 13 year old girl was approached by a man on Wallace Avenue North, and the man tried to get the girl into his vehicle.
The man is described as having darker skin, around the age of 50, he had a white beard and was wearing a Gucci brimmed white hat.
The vehicle is described as a white four door sedan, with a Quebec licence plate.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
