Winona Bailey captured the Zurich Ward, while Greg Lamport won the seat in Stanley West.
The newcomers are joined by John Becker who won the Deputy Mayor seat.
Mayor Paul Klopp was acclaimed.
As were councilors: Bill Whetstone from the Bayfield Ward, Scott Harris from the Hensall Ward, Joesph Groot from the Hay East Ward, Tyler Hessel from the Hay West Ward, and Peter Walden from the Stanley East Ward.
