Perth OPP have charged a 30 year old from Warwick Township with multiple impaired driving charges.
On October 27th just before 11pm. OPP stopped a vehicle speeding on Road 164 in the Municipality of North Perth.
The OPP officer noticed the driver had been drinking and an approved screening device was used. The driver was transported to a local operations centre for more testing.
The 30-year-old Warwick Township resident was charged with operation while impaired, failure to comply with a release order and failure to comply with undertaking. A 90 day license suspension and a 7-day vehicle impoundment was given.
