An Exeter man is facing charges after being busted for impaired driving.
At about 2 pm on November 5, the South Huron man was driving down London Road when he allegedly swerved into the oncoming lane while on his phone almost causing a head on collision with a member of the opp.
Aaron Maiorana was then pulled over and failed a sobriety test and a breathalyzer.
He has since been released from custody and is awaiting court.
