A senior citizen is facing charges following an incident in Goderich.
Last Thursday police were called when a Town of Goderich employee was assaulted.
The worker was doing tree trimming at Sunset park when a resident started yelling at the workers.
The workers tried to defuse the situation, but one of them was assaulted.
70 year old Gordon Garland of Goderich was arrested and charged with assault.
