Ontario is working to train the next generation of skilled workers
The province is investing 4.8 million dollars to expand the dual credit program.
Minister of Education, Stephen Lecce says it will help prepare more students for the workforce.
The expansion of the dual credit program is one of the next steps in Ontario’s “Plan to Catch Up” ensuring students have exposure and access to skilled trades as a future career.
