A great way to kickoff your holidays is coming up tomorrow.
Huron Waves is launching their 3rd holiday video, called Music Makes the Season Bright.
Everything will launch on the Huron Waves website and on their Youtube channel Tuesday at 7 PM.
Tune in and hear:
– A short solo Psalm 98 is Terry McKenna who enjoys performing a wide range of musical styles on period and modern lutes.
– The Beard family from Wingham add What Child is This? and a Carol for a Christmas Tree to the repertoire with cellist Thomas, Emily on harp, Kaitlin on flute and Marg on the keyboard.
– A Salvation Army brass ensemble, Venabrass, perform seasonal songs Sleigh Ride and lead a sing-a-long to the holiday classics Joy to the World, Jingle Bells and Silent Night.
-Showcasing the Casavant Organ in the First Presbyterian Church in Seaforth, Christopher Dawes adds Sleepers Wake! (Wachet auf) and In dulci jubilo to the dazzling programme of seasonal music!
-Dawes will also accompany soprano Katy Clark on O Holy Night and Ms. Clark will also sing Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah accompanied by Terry McKenna on guitar.
