The Bluewater Fire Department just received some funding for educational use.
The department was granted $3426.72 from the Fire Marshal’s Public Safety Council.
The funding is intended to be used towards firefighter training, educational materials and certification requirements. This is the first year of 3 the grant will be offered in Ontario.
The department must use the funding by February 10th so that FMPFSC can ensure proper audit of the grant.
