A London woman is facing impaired driving charges following a collision on January 24th.
Just after 6 PM first responders were called to the collision which involved a vehicle and a loaded hay wagon that was being towed by a tractor east of Exeter on Thames Road at Elimville Line.
The driver of the SUV suffered serious injuries and while speaking with her officers determined she was impaired.
After receiving medical attention breathe samples were provided which registered over the legal limit.
A 49 year old is facing 2 counts of impaired driving.
