Just before 1pm on January 29th, Perth County OPP got a call about a two vehicle collision on Perth Road 180 in West Perth.
Police found a pickup truck going northbound was sideswiped by another pickup truck going to opposite way. The truck stopped at first but then left the scene.
A 19-year-old from Blyth was charged with failing to report an accident and failing to stay at the scene.
The accused was issued a Provincial Notice for each offence.
Only minor injuries were reported.
