The Little Hospital that Does is celebrating its 70th anniversary!
The South Huron Hospital opened in 1953 and has served the needs of the community ever since.
To commemorate the occasion, a recent celebration was held.
Huron Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson, Huron County Warden Glen McNeil, along with South Huron Mayor George Finch, and CAO Rebecca Msuya-Collison were in attendance.
This year the hospital’s 14th annual Gala will celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Hospital and will feature some big local names.
Exeter natives Tim Long who is a comedy writer for the Simpsons, and County musician Zach Neil will be the headliners.
