The Zurich water distribution system is now operating from the Lake Huron Primary Water source.
An update was given earlier this week.
Staff say in the upcoming weeks, the Ontario Clean Water Agency will be cleaning the reservoir and flushing hydrants throughout the system.
If you experience discoloured water, you’re encouraged to run the cold water until the water becomes clear.
Zurich Main Street paving is expected to take place in mid- to late-May, weather permitting.
Residents/businesses should not experience a complete loss of water pressure unless notified by the Municipality or our agents. Should you experience a water service issue outside of regular office hours, the OCWA after hours emergency number is 1-888-421-5055.
