A South Huron resident has been charged after Police were called about a vehicle in a ditch.
On February 24th, Huron County OPP was called to Morrison Line, just shy of Huron Street at about 11 am.
The driver of the ditched vehicle was still in the driver’s seat, and police arrested the 38-year-old driver of South Huron after a breath sample was taken.
Jason Kurtz is charged with operation while impaired, operation while impaired over 80, and driving while under suspension.
The vehicle was towed and impounded for 7 days. Kurtz’s license is suspended for 90 days.
