Following a house fire in Clinton that rendered their home unlivable on Monday morning, a local family has seen an outpouring of support from businesses and friends alike.
Julianne Bartlett’s family has owned her home in Clinton since she was in the second grade. Now a Mom of three kids under 7 with one on the way, Julianne and her partner John Williamson say that the community sprung into action almost instantly.
Among the many businesses and individuals in the community that supported the family was the Wingham Veterinary Clinic which examined their dogs after they escaped the fire, and Bow Wow Rescue – which took in their pets and is currently looking after them for free.
John says that the help from the community has been overwhelming,
