We’re coming up on Mother’s day, and everyone knows that being a Mom is no easy task – it takes a lot of work, and things aren’t always easy.
Katrina Clarke, Executive Director of Rural Response for Healthy Children says that they offer a variety of support groups and programs to help Moms network with each other, and share resources.
They offer things like a Mothers Mental Health Toolkit, Parenting Programs, and Peer Support Groups.
Clark also said that it’s extremely important to support mothers,
As a mother herself, Clark finds that her own experience mirrors that of other Moms
