Retention of young people is something that everyone in a rural area should be prioritizing, and McCauley hopes that the Municipality is doing it’s part,
The seasonal jobs offered both in the private and public sector in the area are perfectly tailored to students school year schedules -beginning when they finish school in the spring, and commencing right as they start class again.
