In the last decade, as more and more truck drivers require, they’ve had a harder and harder time finding enough operators for those vital driving jobs, says Veilleux,
Last year, trucking job vacancies were estimated to be about 8%.

Although in the past they have had staffing shortages, due to extensive recruiting efforts, Bluewater Recycling Association is currently staffed. That being said, they’re always looking for relief drivers to help facilitate time off, and illness. The job includes a competitive wage, pension and more.
