Susana Almeida – member of Jingle Bells says that volunteering is something that everyone should consider,
The Jingle Bells group lights up the town for the winter holiday season, as well as hosting a Christmas Market.
Although the population of the Grand Bend area balloons in the summertime, in the winter, it shrinks considerably, says Almeida
She also says that the event will be an opportunity for lots of groups to fill up their roster with people in the community.
Roughly a dozen organizations will gather at the Legion, on Thursday June 1st, from 10-7. It’s a great chance to see how you can get involved with making your community better – whether that be through Sunset Sounds, Friends of the Pinery, Jingle Bells, or other groups.
