You may recognize her as the myFM 2022 Kubota Woman Farmer of the year – but this time she’s branching out into something new. It’s Patti Soer’s first year on the MS Bike Tour.
The annual event on July 29th – 30th is currently in it’s 32nd year, says Soer,
Soer says that the 150 kilometer trek is motivated by the people she cares about,
Soer currently aims to raise $5000 for multiple sclerosis reserach, and is well on her way to achieving that, currently sitting at just over $1500.
Between working full time on her farm with her husband, and a full time job, Soer has squeezed in hours of training and biking every week to prepare for the trip.
Soer says that she’s biking because she’s seen firsthand the impact on not just those living with the disesase, but also those that support them,
