Janelle Cardiff, is a producer representative for Gray Ridge Eggs, and Samantha Klaver, is a Territory Sales Representative with Syngenta Canada. Both bring valuable industry knowledge and considerable experience to the program.
The members represent a diverse range of backgrounds and expertise, encompassing livestock, horticulture, cannabis, grain, and oilseed producers, as well as individuals involved in agri-business, agri-food, finance, non-governmental organizations, commodity associations, and small businesses. The AALP is an immersive program that includes in-person seminars, online webinars, study tours (both domestic and international), and small group projects focused on analyzing agricultural, food, and rural community issues.
