Huron OPP detachment unveiled an addition to their fleet – a 24′ Sea Swirl watercraft, aimed at bolstering their efforts to safeguard the county’s extensive 126 km stretch of shoreline.
With summer in full swing, and the number of boaters and water enthusiasts on the rise, the timing couldn’t be better to enhance their maritime presence.
The primary focus of the Sea Swirl’s patrol will be to promote safe boating practices among water-goers.
Remember, if you’re out on the water, practice safe boating habits and adhere to the guidelines put forth by the OPP marine trained officers. Together, we can make this summer a memorable one for all the right reasons.
