Joy’s fitness community is tightly-knit, drawing people from places like Zurich and Dashwood. Her classes transcend age boundaries, welcoming attendees ranging from their 30s to their 80s. This inclusivity speaks to Joy’s philosophy that physical activity knows no age limits.
