Perth OPP have launched an investigation into a recent break and enter incident that occurred at a construction site in West Perth.
The break-in occurred sometime overnight on August 28 – suspects managed to enter the premises and make off with approximately $3,000 worth of valuable tools.
Local law enforcement is reminding the public not to make it easy for thieves – keep vehicles and buildings securely locked at all times, especially overnight.
Additionally, OPP advises property owners to consider security enhancements such as improved lighting, surveillance cameras, or alarm systems to deter criminal activity if they’re concerned.
