Get ready to see Beauty and the Beast grace the stage at the South Huron Rec Centre starting on Friday December 8th!
Mandy Levencrown who will star as Belle in the production takes us through the story of the women who fell in love with a beast.
Levencrown says this is like a dream for her to be back on the stage, portraying a character like Belle.
When asked about her favourite part of the musical, she says her favourite part is actually really close to her.

This version will be like the classic, but will have a different spin on it. They are telling the story of Belle FOR Belle. It’s a story about her independence and strength, we will see that she’s a bit older, and a plus sized woman.
It’s a different version than you’re used to, but with the same songs, same joyous message that you can connect to, sing along with and have a fun time with the whole family.
