Ontario Provincial Police have successfully apprehended Karley Frayer, a 34-year-old woman from Huron East who had been on the run for over a month following an incident in Seaforth.
The arrest follows a series of charges against Frayer, including attempting to commit murder, dangerous operation, operation while prohibited, and possession of stolen property offenses. The charges stem from a clash between police and two suspects in Seaforth which reportedly lead to an officer discharging his firearm.
A province-wide warrant had been in effect for almost a month, when Frayer was arrested without incident in Stratford on Wednesday afternoon.
