It’s Crabby Joe’s game day. The Exeter Hawks face off against the North Middlesex Stars tonight at 8pm at the South Huron Recreation Centre in Exeter.
We spoke with Nolan Grubb, Centerman for the Exeter Hawks who is no stranger to playing hockey
This is is Grubb’s first full year as part of the Hawks, but he has played for them in the past.
Grubb is originally from the Amherstburg area, but he says the fans in Exeter are unlike any fans he has ever seen!
According to Grubb, not only are the Hawks fans super supportive of the team but each person on the team work together to play a great game.
Grubb is one of the younger players on the team, but he says having older guys and more experienced players on the team, benefits everyone.
Grubb is looking for a win tonight and is very positive towards the outcome of the game.
