The market, new this year, will run from 11:30 am to 3 pm, while the bakeoff, a ticketed event featuring delectable treats from local pastry chefs, will take place from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
Alongside the traditional sugar bush tours and pancake breakfasts, many local farm-to-table establishments are currently featuring maple-themed menus. With a total of 13 participating venues, maple lovers are in for a treat until March 17th.
When asked about her personal excitement for the event, Anderson couldn’t contain her enthusiasm. She expressed anticipation for the extended menus at local restaurants, the return of the maple mania bakeoff, and the opportunity to indulge in sweet treats from the maple market.
