STUFF TO DO
You don’t have to have read the novel to head to the Book of the Month Social at Hensall Library Branch runs from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm, offering an informal meeting for discussion of the Book of the Month – you can also join the Book of the Month Social at Exeter Library Branch from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
Why not head down to Kids Craft Night at Exeter Library Branch from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm offers children aged 7-13 the chance to enjoy a craft night with Big Brothers & Big Sisters.
Public Skating at South Huron Recreation Centre in Exeter occurs from 11:00 am to 11:50 am, offering free skating until the end of March 2024.
Bayfield Library Branch has a couple things on tap to keep you busy – there’s the Knitting Group at 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, or have your technical woes vanished with Tech Time from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm – meet with a librarian to assist with using library e-resources, new devices, or email accounts.
For the creative types, there’s Community Crafting at Zurich Library Branch – which welcomes crafters to drop in from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm to share and create together.
Lego Club at Goderich Branch convenes from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm for LEGO enthusiasts, occurring every other Thursday.
We’re also in the thick of Maple Mania – with maple-themed menus at local restaurants, allowing you to enjoy unique offerings.
TOMORROW
Early Bird Adult Swim at Vanastra Recreation Centre runs from 7:30 am to 8:30 am, offering an open pool for adult exercise or lap swimming.
If you’re looking for a more guided experience, there’s Shallow or Deep Aqua Aerobics at Vanastra Recreation Centre from 8:30 am to 9:15 am, providing drop-in classes for all levels of ability.
Tech Time at Seaforth Library Branch allows booking 30-minute sessions from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm to address technology questions.
Maple Mania continues, so why not pop by to see what your local restaurants have done to bring maple into their menu in new ways.
Support the Women’s Shelter and enjoy coffee at your local McDonald’s! McDonald’s in Exeter, Grand Bend, Goderich, and Wingham will be donating $1 from every coffee sold to support the Huron Women’s Shelter.
