On February 19th, Huron County OPP accused a person from the Goderich area of Breaking and Entering and Trespassing at Night.
Just before 9:00 p.m. on that day, OPP officers got a call about a break-in at a house on Orchard Line in the Municipality of Central Huron. They arrived to the address and found the suspect inside the home’s garage, leading to their arrest.
The accused, 57 year-old David Berry, from the Goderich area, faces charges of Breaking and Entering a Dwelling House with Intent and Trespassing at Night. After being processed at the Huron OPP detachment, the accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich on April 8th.
