A driver in Huron County is facing charges after running a stop sign and failing a breath test.
On March 24th Huron County OPP noticed a vehicle failing to stop at a stop sign on Duke Street in Huron East, and after talking to the driver, officers detected signs of impairment.
A 31 year old from Huron County, was arrested and taken to the OPP detachment for testing.
The driver faces charges including impaired operation, disobeying a stop sign, and possession of open alcohol and cannabis in a vehicle and is scheduled to appear in court on April 22nd.
