The Community Tailgate Yard Sale in St. Joseph is set to go on Saturday May 25th in St. Peter’s Church Parking Lot. The event invites residents to sell their treasures, plants, and artisan goods right from their tailgate or trunk.
President of St. Peter’s CWL, Susan Regier explains the event.

Participants can secure a spot and retain all proceeds from their sales. Additionally, there will be a BBQ offering hot dogs and drinks for sale. The event aims to support CWL projects and local charities.

The event has gained popularity and this year, plants and local artisan wares have been added due to high demand.
Last year marked the event’s successful debut, with over 30 vehicles participating despite chilly weather. Visitors enjoyed browsing through a diverse range of items.
The location on Highway 21 promises high traffic and footfall, ensuring a bustling atmosphere throughout the day. Vendors are still welcome to join, whether selling from their trunk, tailgate, or a table setup.
