Early on Sunday (June 2), at 6:25 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to an address on West Corner Drive in North Middlesex following a report of a stolen vehicle.
According to the OPP, an unknown individual or individuals entered the property sometime during the overnight hours and stole a black, 2006 Chevrolet Silverado. The authorities are currently investigating the incident and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
In response to this theft, the OPP is reminding all residents to take precautions to protect their vehicles. Key steps include locking your vehicles, pocketing your keys, and taking them with you when you exit your vehicle. Additionally, it is advised to remove all personal items, such as wallets, purses, and parcels, from your vehicle to avoid attracting potential thieves.
Residents are encouraged to stay vigilant and report any suspicious activities to help prevent further incidents.
