The rodeo always provides a spectacle for everyone.
Locals are undoubtedly dusting off their boots as the Exeter Rodeo comes back to town.
The 26th Annual RAM Rodeo Tour is set to return to Exeter on August 10-11 at the South Huron Recreation Centre Rodeo Arena. The two-day event will feature exciting rodeo performances, family-friendly activities, and live entertainment.
Chair of the Exeter Ram Rodeo committee Joanne Fields says she hears the about the excitement every year.
Festivities kick off on Saturday, August 10th, with gates opening at noon, followed by a kids rodeo at 2:00 p.m., hosted by the Canadian Cowgirls. The main RAM Rodeo performance starts at 4:00 p.m., with live music from Connor Wilson under the tent from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Fields says the events are always a hit.
On Sunday, August 11, gates open at 11:00 a.m., with another kids rodeo and a final RAM Rodeo performance at 1:00 p.m.
Fields says either day will sure to wow.
Advance tickets are available for $20 for adults and $10 for youth (ages 6-12), while children under 5 attend free with a paid adult ticket.
