• County Council Day 1 @ 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Regular session of Huron County Council. Meeting starts at 9:00 AM. Council Chambers, Huron County Court House, 1 Courthouse Square, Goderich, ON. Minutes from previous meetings, which have been adopted or amended at County Council, are available under the Council & Administration section of our website.
• Tai Chi – Wingham @ 10:30 am – 11:30 am. Join us at the Alice Munro Branch for a Tai Chi session, all skill levels welcome! This program is run by community volunteers and is a drop-in program, so no registration is necessary.
• Brussels Library Book Club @ 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm. Brussels Library Book Club meets the 1st Wednesday of each month (skipping July/Aug) at 1:30pm. Everyone is welcome. Please contact the library for the title of the month.
• Tech Time – Seaforth @ 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Book a 30-minute session at the Seaforth Branch  to get your technology questions answered. REGISTRATION: Please contact the Seaforth Branch by email seaforthlibrary@huroncounty.ca or by phone 519-527-1430 to register.
• Blyth Festival Theatre: Onion Skins & Peach Fuzz: The Farmerettes @ 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm. Inspired by the book by Bonnie Sitter & Shirleyan English, Onion Skins and Peach Fuzz: Memories of the Ontario Farmerettes; this nostalgic play dramatizes the incredible stories of Canada’s Farmerettes; young women all over the country who left the big cities to work as farm labourers on Canadian farms as part of the war effort during WW2. Many of these young women learned a lot more than how to dig potatoes, pull carrots, and muck a stall; they learned essential truths about who they were, who they wanted to be, and what true and lasting friendships looked like. A play about coming of age as young women in a time of change.
• Adult Craft Night – Goderich @ 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm/ Join us at the Goderich Branch for a fun evening of crafting! This program is geared towards adults. REGISTRATION: Please contact the Goderich Branch by email goderichlibrary@huroncounty.ca or by phone 519-524-9261 to register. Registration opens for each event on the 15th of the previous month.

• EarlyON – Seaforth @ 10:00 am – 11:30 am. Join us indoors at Northside United Church – 54 Goderich St. W, Seaforth Enter the parking lot off of Church Street. Watch for our EarlyON sign closest to the door that you’ll enter.  If the door is locked, ring the doorbell to the upper right of the door. For Parents/Caregivers with children 0-6 years. Register to join us to connect with other families and EarlyON Facilitators, engage in play-based activities, sing interactive songs and chat about topics of interest to parents.
• Exeter Library Book Social @ 10:30 am – 11:30 am. Come meet “like-minded” readers to discuss what we are reading now including the book of the month! Join us at Exeter Branch for an informal meeting with branch staff and members who have read our Book of the Month for discussion. Reading the book is recommended but not required! This is a drop-in program no registration is necessary
• Mahjong – Bayfield @ 12:45 pm – 3:00 pm. Do you want to learn Mahjong or are you an experienced player? Drop in the first and third Wednesday of each month for a fun social afternoon at the Bayfield Branch. Please note this program is run by community volunteers.
• Knitting Group – Bayfield Branch @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Knit, relax and meet fellow knitters each week at the Bayfield Branch. All are welcome to drop into this free program to knit together and share tips and tricks. Please note this program is community-led.
• Goderich Blood Donation Event @ 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Goderich Blood Donation Event. Knights of Columbus Hall. Every 60 seconds someone in Canada requires blood or blood products…..You can make all the difference! Book at blood.ca, the GiveBlood App or call 1-888-236-6283
• Tech Time – Bayfield @ 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm. Book a 30-minute, in-person session at Bayfield Branch, to get help with how to use library e-resources, how to use your new device and/or how to use your email account. Please bring your device(s) and any information to help with your question (error messages/email information, etc.) REGISTRATION: Please contact the branch to arrange a session by emailing bayfieldlibrary@huroncounty.ca or calling 519-565-2886.
• Play & Connect – EarlyOn Program @ 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm. Chat with an Huron EarlyON Facilitator and ask questions about parenting, your child’s development, and learn about other resources in your community! REGISTRATION: Register online through www.KEyON.ca
