Huron County OPP has charged a 37-year-old man from Windsor with several criminal offenses after a traffic stop in South Huron on August 11th.
Just before 8:00 p.m. on August 11th, officers noticed a car driving erratically on Bluewater Highway in South Huron. After stopping the vehicle, police found out the driver had been drinking. The driver was arrested for impaired driving and taken to the Lambton OPP detachment in Grand Bend.
The man was charged with impaired driving, assaulting a police officer, and refusing to comply with a breath test. He also faces an extra charge under the Liquor License Control Act.
