- Nintendo Switch Free Play – Goderich @ 10:30 am – 12:00 pm Come out for a morning of gaming at the Goderich Branch! Challenge your friends, or see if you can beat the high scores.. This is a drop-in program – no registration required.
- Baby & Me – EarlyOn Program @ 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm. Seaforth Public Library (upstairs- elevator available)- 108 Main St. South. For Parents/Caregivers and infants 0-12 months of age. Join us to connect with other families and EarlyON Facilitators, sing interactive songs, and chat about topics of interest to parents with young infants.
- Gentle Yoga for Adults – Zurich @ 2:00 pm – 2:45 pm. Join us for weekly Gentle Yoga Sessions at the Zurich Branch. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. REGISTRATION: Please contact the Zurich Branch by email zurichlibrary@huroncounty.ca or by phone 519-236-4965 to register.
- Crafternoons – Hensall @ 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm. Drop into the Hensall Branch for an hour of crafting.
- Play & Connect – EarlyOn Program – Seaforth @ 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm. Chat with an Huron EarlyON Facilitator and ask questions about parenting, your child’s development, and learn about other resources in your community! REGISTRATION: Register online through www.KEyON.ca
- Drop-in Kids Chess Club – Exeter @ 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm. Drop into the Exeter Branch on Tuesdays for our Chess Club! Whether you are a Grandmaster or just learning the game of kings, you are welcome! This is a drop-in program no registration is necessary.
- Youth Survival Guide with K.R. Youth and Family Wellness – Clinton @ 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm Stressed about school? Nervous about change? Struggling to manage it all? Our free Youth Survival Guide series can help.
- Book Club and Craft & Chat – Hensall @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm. Join us after-hours at the Hensall Branch for a Book Club or a Craft & Chat. Both programs will be going on at the same time.
TOMORROW
- Grand Bend Farmers’ Market. 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Shop in person for local seasonal products including offering fresh grown vegetables, fruits and meats, maple syrup, honey, baking & a unique selection from Local Artisans.
- Tai Chi – Wingham @ 10:30 am – 11:30 am. Join us at the Alice Munro Branch for a Tai Chi session, all skill levels welcome! This program is run by community volunteers and is a drop-in program, so no registration is necessary.
- Mahjong – Bayfield @ 12:45 pm – 3:00 pm. Do you want to learn Mahjong or are you an experienced player? Drop in the first and third Wednesday of each month for a fun social afternoon at the Bayfield Branch. Please note this program is run by community volunteers.
- Tech Time – Seaforth @ 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Book a 30-minute session at the Seaforth Branch to get your technology questions answered. REGISTRATION: Please contact the Seaforth Branch by email seaforthlibrary@huroncounty.ca or by phone 519-527-1430 to register.
- English Conversation Circle – Exeter @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm. Join us at Exeter Branch for our English Conversation Circles. Conversation Circles are a great opportunity to practice English speaking skills and make new connections, while talking, listening, learning, and laughing about life in Canada. This program is provided in partnership with Huron County Immigration Partnership. This is a drop-in program – no registration is necessary.
- Meet your Neighbour – Seaforth @ 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The program is an organized “mix and mingle” hosted at the Seaforth Branch in partnership with the Huron County Immigration Partnership. If you are newly retired, new parents, new to the town, new to Canada, or anyone wanting to learn more about their community, we invite you to join us. The goal for Meet Your Neighbour events is to create and cultivate social connections between community members and local organizations for the purpose of increasing community engagement for the benefit of all and our community as a whole. This is a drop-in program, no registration is necessary.
