  • Drop-in Quiet Study and Peer Support – Clinton @ 9:00 am – 4:00 pm The Tanner Steffler Foundation is hosting drop-in quiet study and peer support every Tuesday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm at the TSF office, located at 80 Mary St. Unit 3, Clinton.
  • Nintendo Switch Free Play – Goderich @ 10:30 am – 12:00 pm Come out for a morning of gaming at the Goderich Branch! Challenge your friends, or see if you can beat the high scores. This is a drop-in program – no registration required.
  • Baby & Me – EarlyOn Program – Seaforth @ 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm Seaforth Public Library (upstairs- elevator available)- 108 Main St. South. For Parents/Caregivers and infants 0-12 months of age. Join us to connect with other families and EarlyON Facilitators, sing interactive songs, and chat about topics of interest to parents with young infants.

  • Drop-in Kids Chess Club – Exeter @ 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm Drop into the Exeter Branch on Tuesdays for our Chess Club! Whether you are a Grandmaster or just learning the game of kings, you are welcome! This is a drop-in program no registration is necessary.
  • Virtual Reality Free Play – Wingham @ 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm Discover the Huron County Library’s exciting new Virtual Reality headset by booking a session at the Alice Munro Branch! Participants can dive into the action with games like Beat Saber, explore the globe through immersive travel experiences, enjoy a relaxing round of mini golf, meditate in serene virtual environments, and so much more!   • County Council Day 2 @ 9:00 am – 1:00 pm Regular session of Huron County Council. Meeting starts at 9:00 AM. Council Chambers, Huron County Court House, 1 Courthouse Square, Goderich, ON.   • Mahjong – Bayfield @ 12:45 pm – 3:00 pm Do you want to learn Mahjong or are you an experienced player? Drop in the first and third Wednesday of each month for a fun social afternoon at the Bayfield Branch. Please note this program is run by community volunteers.

  • Aging by the Book – Goderich @ 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm Aging by the Book is a 6-week reading circle that uses chosen selections by various writers to spark conversation about aging. This program also aims to create a meaningful opportunity for older adults to connect with each other while sharing insights and exploring issues that often arise in the later years of life.   • English Conversation Circle – Exeter @ 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm Join us at Exeter Branch for our English Conversation Circles. Conversation Circles are a great opportunity to practice English speaking skills and make new connections, while talking, listening, learning, and laughing about life in Canada. This program is provided in partnership with Huron County Immigration Partnership. This is a drop-in program – no registration is necessary.
