Halloween is on the way and like they always do, police are reminding trick or treaters, parents and drivers alike to think about SAFETY…FIRST.
Police Constable Katherine Lockwood says safe COSTUMES are important.
Lockwood says staying on one side of the street then crossing over safely to the other side is also important. She also told myFM about one important tip as the kids are out walking from house to house.
Parents are reminded to check that candy when the kids come home and drivers should be extra vigilant that night….watching for the trick or treaters.
