Huron County has announced that Bruce Power has contributed $1,000,000 to support the Gibbons Street Affordable Housing Project in Goderich. This funding will help address the increasing need for affordable housing in the area.
The project involves building a 40-unit apartment complex on Gibbons Street and will include a mix of affordable, rent-geared-to-income, and supported units.
Construction is expected to be completed by late 2025 or early 2026.
