Huron County OPP has charged a South Huron man with impaired driving after a traffic stop during a R.I.D.E. check on November 24th, in South Huron.
Around 11:00 p.m., officers stopped a vehicle on Huron Street near Morrison Line. The driver was arrested for impaired operation and taken to the Huron OPP detachment in Clinton, where breath tests showed alcohol levels over the legal limit.
The accused, a 30-year-old of South Huron, was charged with operation while impaired – over 80. His vehicle was impounded for seven days, and his driver’s license was suspended for 90 days.
