We already have more snow than we may have bargained for, and more is on it’s way. A winter weather advisory is in effect for Goderich, Bluewater, and southern Huron County, warning of challenging conditions due to lake-effect snow. An additional 5 to 10 cm of snow is expected before the snow tapers off early this afternoon. Heavy snowfall may lead to very poor visibility at times, making travel hazardous.
Drivers are urged to slow down and exercise caution, as slippery roads and sudden weather changes could increase risks. Watch for vehicles ahead and maintain a safe following distance. Plan accordingly and stay safe as winter weather affects the region.
